Artificial Intelligence New Drug Design Platform：

Jingze and many famous universities in China jointly build the artificial intelligence drug design platform for protein drugs, peptide drugs and nucleic acid drugs, using supercomputer and algorithm simulation to dig the deep relationship between drugs and diseases, virtual screening of candidate molecules, efficient screening of molecules with high activity, improving the success rate of drug development while shortening the development cycle.

Prokaryotic R&D platform：

Based on the expression systems such as E. coli, Jingze have established a new biological drug R&D platform that can construct targeted high expression vectors and efficiently screen cell lines with high expression and good stability, and have successfully developed several biological products such as prokaryotic expression protein drugs;  Based on the good compatibility of prokaryotic expression protein and yeast expression protein production platforms, Jingze have established a platform with GMP conditions for rapid large-scale production of prokaryotic and yeast. And JZB32, and other series of products have been developed based on the good compatibility between prokaryotic expressed protein and yeast expressed protein production platforms.

Eukaryotic R&D platform:

Based on CHO and other eukaryotic expression systems, Jingze has established a complete R&D platform for eukaryotic expression of various recombinant proteins and antibodies, screening stable and highly expressed cell lines under regulatory conditions, and has the ability to produce recombinant proteins on a large scale under GMP conditions, and has the ability to research and develop protein, peptide and biological enzymes and other biological drugs. Now we have successfully developed JZB30, JZB33, JZB61, JZB05, JZB29, JZB09, JZB36, JZB60 and other products based on this technology platform.

Synthetic Biology R&D Platform:

Based on DNA tetrahedral nanomaterials (TDN) with good biocompatibility, good efficiency, low immunogenicity, easy editing, nuclease resistance and in vivo stability, a new gene and drug delivery system has been established to develop innovative drugs for the treatment of ocular fundus disease, ocular surface disease and optic nerve injury.

Pharmacodynamic testing platform:

Now Jingze have constructed ophthalmic in vitro pharmacodynamic evaluation models for human pterygium epithelial cells/fibroblasts, HUVEC cells, RPE cells, and sciatic nerve Chevron cells, and built test and analysis platforms for cellular pharmacodynamics, cellular toxicology, cellular molecular biology, protein property analysis and in vitro enzymatic evaluation.

In collaboration with top ophthalmology hospitals and CRO companies in China, Jingze have constructed a series of ophthalmic disease animal models such as hypoxia-induced retinal neovascularization, laser-induced choroidal neovascularization, optic nerve clipping injury, alkali burn-induced corneal neovascularization, etc., to complete early drug discovery tests for drug development and to screen optimal drugs for later studies.
